Gabrielle Pipo is an Ontario-based graphic designer and illustrator. Born in the mid-90s right on the border of what separates the millenials from Gen Z, she grew up experience the vast growth of technology in the information era which coincided with the post-9/11 paranoia.
As the fourth child of Filipino immigrants, she is no stranger to the deeply ingrained societal racism of Canada. Graduating from Seneca College, she has always been surrounded by diversity and is incredibly enthusiastic of world history and affairs. This fascination manifests itself in her interest in Showa era anime and Soviet era animation,
Gabrielle is a designer for Kros Magazine and represented by Tasneem Motala of the Rights Factory.
